PRIVACY STATEMENT

This policy applies only to the practices of the specific entity or website that is mentioned here, ie,

DgSuite of Products – DgDiary, DgFee, DgEnroll, DgGrade, DgStore, DgClear & DgRFID.
This Privacy statement is incorporated into and subject to the terms of use of our agreements.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, you reserve the right to not provide us

with any information and do not use / subscribe to the site / mobile app / service.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of use in our agreements. By using
the DgSuite of products and providing personally identifiable information of either itself / students /
teachers / parents / advisors / employees, the School / College / University consents to the collection
and use of such personally and identifiable information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We shall not collect any information that is not needed for the usage of the system. At the time of
system set up, certain information which includes names, gender, addresses, phone numbers, and
email addresses of users (staff, employees, students or their parents/ guardians) might be collected.
This will be collectively referred to as “User Profile content”.
Upon registration as a user, one or more usernames and passwords that will enable access to our
systems will be assigned. Once assigned, we assume no responsibility against theft, loss or fraudulent
use of such usernames and passwords. It is the responsibility of the user to change the password
immediately. Any loss arising from another party’s use of such usernames and passwords, either with
or without the knowledge of the user / institution lies solely with the institution or user.
The Students’ online Privacy and Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that online service providers to
obtain parental consent or provide notice before they knowingly collect personally identifiable
information online from students who are under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or
solicit personally identifiable information from a child under 13 or otherwise, except in the following
circumstances.

USE OF INFORMATION

User information shall be retained by us only as custodian of such information and data. That such
information and data shall only be used by for specific services signed up for and not by us for other
purposes unless requested by the school / college / university / their representative in order to
facilitate interaction between you and your clients (students / parents / guardians).
If a user no longer wishes to receive communication, the user may email us at info@Dgdiary.com.

Under such circumstances, we will notify the institution, for the institution to decide the next course
of action.

DATA INTERGRITY

We do not share, sell or rent personally identifiable information to third parties. We will not share or
distribute any user information with third parties except as provided below.
1. When required to do so by law or regulation, or in response to a request from a law enforcement
agency or governmental agency or other authority or to establish/exercise our legal rights/ defend
against legal claims.
2. In order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud,
situations involving potential threats to physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use,
or as otherwise required by law.
3. If we are required by or merged with other company, we will notify you about such an acquisition
or merger and you being subjected to any different applicable privacy policy.
Or any other unforeseen circumstances that are not mentioned above.
Notwithstanding the above, we may employ other companies and / or personnel to perform tasks on
our behalf and may need to share your information with them (and for them to use that information)
in order to provide services to you.
Some examples of services for which we may use third-party services include sending emails or SMS
texts, analyzing data, and providing user services. These agencies may use the information we share
with them, for example, to assist us, to provide their services to you and/or us, and to measure and
improve the performance of the services.
We may work with third-party websites to enhance the online experience, to send messages or
letting users add “apps” to their account. We have no control over the policies and practices

of thirdparty websites or services as to privacy or anything else. If the user chooses to allow the automatic
transmissions discussed above, review of all third-party websites’ or services policies before
disclosing any personal information or other content on the website or on any third-party website or
services rests with the user.

DATA PROTECTION

We have adopted reasonable industry standard practices to ensure that there are adequate
safeguards and techniques to protect the data of the user against any unauthorized or unlawful
disclosure. We will not store, copy, disclose or use the data of the users except as necessary for the
performance of our services and obligations under our agreements.
We employ physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we receive
from unauthorized disclosure. We limit access to personal information on our systems to our
employees and employees of affiliate organizations, who we believe need to come into contact with
that information to provide services .
We will never ask users to divulge passwords over phone calls, or in written or electronic
communications except when we communicate your login credentials during set up of the system. As
a security best practice, It is the user’s responsibility to change the password after assignment.
Please be aware that internet data transmission is not always secure and we cannot warrant that user
information during such transmission is secure.

DELETION OF INFORMATION OR DATA

The information provided for setting up the system for the school / college/ university including
profile details of parents/ students / teachers / admin staff can be unsubscribed by contacting us at
info@Dgdiary.com.
Certain information may remain in our records, server logs and archives after deletion of your
account. We retain this information for purposes such as diagnosing problems with the services for
auditing, legal investigations, maintaining payment records, etc.
We reserve the right to delete this information in accordance with its standard business practices in
effect from time to time. Further, information and other content provided may remain visible
elsewhere to the extent such content was copied or stored by authorized users of the School /
College / University during the period of our service.
For an account that is inactive for six months or more (meaning the account has not been paid for 6
months or more), our policy is to disable access to Personal Information associated with that account.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE

We retain the right to modify any provision hereof from time to time, and such modification shall be
effective immediately upon its posting on www.dgdiary.com. You agree to be bound to any changes
to this “terms of use” if you continue to use our services after any such modifications is posted. You
have an affirmative duty, to keep yourselves informed of changes.
